Break out your paper crimper to create festive candles with incredible texture for this fun tri-fold card!

Instructions (Print version)

  1. Use light blue cardstock as base of tri-fold card.  Trim cardstock to 7x12.  Fold or score at 2 inches in from one short end, and 5 inches in from other short end.  Fold at creases to create tri-fold base.
  2. Trim .5x12 strip of medium and dark blue cardstock – run each through the paper crimper tool.
  3. Trim each strip info 4 equal candles to use in menorah on front of card.
  4. Trim .75x3 piece of dark blue cardstock, and run it through the paper crimper to use as main center candle on front of card.
  5. Arrange and adhere candles to front of card, each slightly tilted from the next, trimming any excess from each strip.
  6. Trim 2x7 piece of Travel Stripes and adhere to top flap on front of card.
  7. Punch 9 teardrops from yellow cardstock, using April Showers punch.  Embellish each with yellow raindot.  Adhere 8 teardrops to front flap, placing each so that it appears to be a “flame” from the candle.
  8. For the main/center candle “flame”, punch XL comma comma chameleon from yellow cardstock and then adhere 9th teardrop to center using foam adhesive.  Adhere to flap over center candle.
  9. Spell out “8 Nights” using raindots on light blue cardstock – matte on yellow cardstock and adhere to front of card using foam adhesive.
  10. Spell out “To Celebrate” using raindots on light blue cardstock – matte on yellow cardstock and adhere to inside of card.
