If you have as many photos piled up and waiting to be scrapped as I do, you’ll appreciate this sketch! The simple design allows you to use several pictures on a two-page layout and still have room for plenty of fun embellishing around the edges. If you like a bigger title and have less journaling, switch the journaling block and the title block – or add a large embellishment instead of journaling...it’s up to you! Make this sketch work for you - mix up the photo sizes to match your specific needs and start scrapping some multi-photo events!

  1. Trim tan Heidi Grace cardstock to 10 ¾” X 12” and adhere to white 12 X 12 cardstock on left-hand side of layout. Trim tan HG cardstock to 10 ¾” X 11” and adhere to white 12 X 12 cardstock on the right-hand side.
  2. Trim and adhere photos as shown on sketch. After adhering, use the Fingertip Craft Knife to cut through the photo that cross the center of the layout.
  3. To create large red scallops, punch thirteen red cardstock hearts with the XL That’s Amore Squeeze Punch. Tuck the hearts under the tan cardstock until just the tops of the hearts show. Machine stitch in place.
  4. Cut two strips of white cardstock and use the Tool Taxi stylus to add rub-on letters for journaling. Adhere with Tool Taxi adhesive.
  5. Cut a 10-inch strip of white cardstock with Corkscrew Paper Edgers and tuck under tan cardstock on the far left-hand side of the layout.
  6. Adhere title letters.
  7. Machine stitch ribbon in place by folding the ribbon slightly at random intervals and stitching carefully.
  8. Embellish with sticker strips, plastic add-ons, rub-ons, and punches. Add machine stitching.
  9. Cut three flowers with the Ultra ShapeXpress. Cut two of them to look like they will be coming from off the edge as shown. Punch two daisies with the XL Oopsie Daisy Squeeze Punch. Punch three XL Round ‘n Round circles. Assemble flowers and adhere the large ones with Foam Adhesive.
