Baby Announcement Frame
Designer: Deb Perry
I absolutely love to think up new ways to use Fiskars tools, and theis neew Pop-up Punch design was no exception. I loved the shape of the sun, however when punched out of irridescent white paper it has a very soft flowery feel. I discovered it to be the perfect embellishment for this Baby Frame and makes a perfect shower gift for that mother-to-be.

Instructions
(Print version)
-
Position ‘Moon and Back ‘ (green striped side facing up) on top of frame. Using the Tool Taxi/ Stylus, run tool along outer and inner edges to form an impression. Using the Tool Taxi/Craft Knife, cut inner edges of frame first, then cut outside edges. Adhere to frame with glue stick. Rub Sanding Block firmly around inner and outer edges to distress and make smooth. Amount of sanding depends on your preference (I sanded a lot).
-
Adhere small rub-on borders to inner edge of frame with Tool Taxi’s Stylus.
-
Punch out 22 stars from white irredescent paper. Cut two of the punched suns in half to use on each end. Adhere to frame top and bottom in a horizontal line. Add pink Dot Stickers to center of each sun.
-
Cut a 12 inch length of Sheer Ribbon and tie bow around right side of frame.
-
Format baby announcement with computer program. Print. Add Run-ons to bottom. Insert into frame behind glass.
