Instructions (Print version)

  1. Start with the matte inside a frame, remove and safely discard protective glass that comes with frame.  (Matte pictured measures 8x10 – allowing for a 4x6 photo.)
  2. Measure and trim 4 strips of embossed paper – each the width of the photo matte.
  3. Adhere each strip to the matte, tucking one end on each side under the next.
  4. Machine stitch paper seams with tan thread and zigzag stitch.  Secure loose threads behind matte with a piece of tape.
  5. Punch 7 circles from blue cardstock, and 7 hands from yellow cardstock.  Adhere one hand on top of each circle.  Adhere a foam square underneath each.
  6. Punch 7 circles from tan cardstock, and 7 hands from blue cardstock (flipping cardstock over and punching to have your hand facing opposite the yellow hands in step 5).  Adhere one hand on top of each circle.  Adhere a foam square underneath each accent.
  7. Peel backing and place hand/circle accents around photo opening.
  8. Place one heart rain dot on each hand embellishment in each corner of the frame.
  9. Replace & assemble matte into frame.
