Balloon BirthdayDesigner: This birthday card features a whimsical set of balloons created from various patterned papers. (This is a great way to use up scraps!) One of the balloons is escaping from the other ones, which is why its string hangs loose and the others are knotted together. The inside of this card features bright flowers and fun patterns because the papers we used are double-sided. Difficulty rating
Instructions (Print version) 1. Trim Heidi Grace Dot with Flower paper to 8.5 x 5.75. Fold in half so that the folded card size is 4.25” x 5.75”. 2.
