Deb Perry, Fiskateer # 3667  - Flag Buntings are so fun to put up any time of the year.  Birthdays, barbeques, pool parties…you name it and this decoration fits the bill. I always thought I didn’t have  time to make something like this…but with Fiskars great fabric cutting tools, I made this colorful bunting using bandanas in just an hour. If you’ve never used a Rotary Cuttter, you have to try it.  I love the way my cutting lines are super straight and smooth.
