Instructions
(Print version)
-
Use the template (or a negative left by cutting a shape) to trace the butterfly design onto felt and cut the shape out.
-
Use one or two strands of pink floss to stitch beads to felt butterfly in a random pattern.
-
Once the design is beaded, pin the design to shirt and blanket stitch around the edges with pink floss (three strands).
-
Stitch the antennas (I just freehanded the design) onto the top of the butterfly and add a larger bead to the ends of each antenna.
-
Stitch the button in place in the center of the butterfly.
