Create your own fabulous fall fashion with your Fiskars sewing tools.  I purchased a cheap white t-shirt and added my own touch to it with stitched on appliques.  Use the Fiskars Butterfly Shape Template to help make beautiful butterflies out of your favorite fabrics.    Pick a fresh color combo and a fun shape, and with the help of your tools you'll become a fashion designer in no time!

Instructions (Print version)

1. Use Fiskars Butterflies 1 and Butterflies 2 Shape Templates to trace butterflies onto scraps of fabric.  Make sure to trace a variety of sizes and use a variety of fabrics.  Iron on to heat bond adhesive and use Fiskars No. 8 Scissors to cut out the butterflies.

2. Remove protective backing from the heat bond adhesive and arrange butterflies onto the shirt.

For an added touch, place a butterfly onto the backside of the shirt.  Press butterflies to adhere to the shirt.  Stitch inside each of the butterflies.

3. Handstitch a button into the middle of each of the butterflies.
