Celebrate Confetti Packet

Hand punches are the perfect size to create custom confetti!  Use the square shape to create traditional confetti, as I did here, or use one of the other various shapes to fit the theme of your celebration!

Instructions (Print version)

Use Hand punch to punch various colored cardstock and create confetti.

 

Fill cellophane bag with punched confetti.

 

Create custom confetti bag topper by trimming a 5x5 piece of cardstock and folding in half.

 

Embellish bag topper as desired with custom greeting (using letter stickers), strips of pattern paper, border stickers, and scalloped edge trim.
