• Required supplies:
• Cardstocks – 12” X 12” sheets of: black, rust, maroon, butter yellow
• Ribbon – 20” pieces of each: burgundy, butter yellow polka dot
• Rubber stamp ink pad – brown
• Cotton ball (for applying ink)
• Adhesives

Instructions (Print version)

1. Using ShapeCutter with craft mat and shape template, cut each of the following shapes:
1. each letter in the word “FAMILY” from butter yellow cardstock
2. (2) 1” circles and (2) 2” circles from black cardstock
3. (3) flower shapes from maroon cardstock
4. (1) small flower center circle shape from butter yellow cardstock
2. Punch 3 flower shapes from maroon cardstock using 3 in 1 punch.  Adhere a flower to A, M, and Y.
3. Lay black piece of cardstock onto craft mat.  Use ShapeCutter to freehand cut a wave cut section of black paper.  Repeat with maroon and butter yellow cardstock. (refer to photo for guidance)
4. Lay all pieces onto scrap paper.  Rub cotton ball onto ink pad, then rub cotton ball around edges of all pieces.
5. Crinkle wavy butter yellow piece into a ball and roll between hands to texturize.  Straighten back out and adhere onto maroon wave piece. Adhere these layers to top of rust piece.  Adhere black wavy piece to bottom of rust piece.
6. Assemble flower.  Adhere to lower left corner of page. 
7. Adhere letters to black piece to spell “FAMILY”.
8. Adhere black dots to butter yellow piece.
9. Trim photo to desired size.  Mount onto rust cardstock, then trim.  Rub edges with ink using cotton ball.  Mount these layers to black cardstock.  Trim edges.
10. Wrap ribbons around photo and tie in knot .  Trim ends of ribbon.
