Happy Birthday Cupcake

This card features a delicious halo of cupcakes.  I needed a wide variety of circle sizes for this card and the Circle Cutter made it a cinch to cut each circle perfectly every time!

Instructions (Print version)

Using the circle cutter, cut an 8 inch circle from a transparency.  Trim 2 inches from the bottom.
 
Cut a 5.25 inch circle from blue floral paper, trim 0.75 inch off of the bottom and adhere to the bottom center of the transparency.
 
Cut a 4.75 inch circle from yellow cardstock and adhere inside blue floral circle.
 
Cut a 2 inch circle from cupcake paper and a 1.5 inch circle from pink paper and adhere in center of yellow cardstock, top with a number sticker.
 
Add Happy Birthday Cupcake with rub-on letters.
 
Cut ten 1.5 inch cicles from cupcake paper and adhere them at the edge of the transparency all the way around.
 
Trim a piece of yellow cardstock to 5 X 8.5 inches and fold in half.  Trim all four corner on an angle and adhere to the back of the transparency to house card message.
