Instructions
(Print version)
- Create the "Happy Birthday" lettering using yellow cardstock by cutting into squares approximately 1 1/4" wide by 1 1/2" tall. Add the sticker letters to the center of the square, then punch around the letters with the 1/16" circle hand punch. Trim the square using the Cotton Candy paper edgers and add pink cardstock behind the yellow cardstock to create a contrasting color.
- Flower lei is created by punching 10 or 12 silhouette flower punches in a variety of colors and stringing them together with a small piece of string. Arrange on the page and adhere with two way glue.
- The photograph is mounted on three colors of cardstock. Mount the photo first on pink cardstock then trim with the Heartbeat paper edgers. Mount a second time onto yellow cardstock. Trim with Heartbeat paper edgers leaving a 1/8" border. Mount a third time on purple cardstock leaving a 1/4" border.
- Trim an "island" corner using sand colored cardstock, adhere to page with two way glue or photo squares. Add Monkey/tree die cut and sunglasses sticker to island. Adhere mounted photograph, Lei, and letters. Finish off by adding stickers and journaling.
