Use the Sun Pop-Up Punch to take a “bite” out of larger punches…such as the Fiskars Round 'n Round Squeeze Punches.  This is a fun way to show the intricate design of the sun and it really pops!

Instructions (Print version)

  1. Cut white cardstock to 7 x 10 and fold in half to create a 5 x 7 card.
  2. Punch about six yellow sun/circle accents: First punch sun shape from yellow cardstock.  Next position large circle punch over the negative that the punch left in the cardstock…punch the circle.
  3. Punch about ten of the orange sun/circle accents.  First punch one sun shape with Pop Up Punch in orange cardstock.  Next position XL circle punch over the negative that the punch left in the cardstock…punch the circle.  Punch two more sun shapes from the circle punch.
  4. Adhere the punched accents to the upper 4 inches of the card. 
  5. Add clear gems to the yellow sun accent center’s.
  6. Cut a 1 ¼ x 7 strip of orange cardstock and adhere to bottom of edge of card.
  7. Cut a ¼ inch strip of yellow cardstock (one pinked edge) and adhere to top of the orange strip.
  8. Stitch around edges of card front.  Stamp message.
