Instructions (Print version) 1. Trim the cone to 4". Wrap the Decor Stripe Paper(for Amber) or Gifts Paper(for Kirby) around cone and use the Ultimate Craft Scissors to trim around top and bottom edges. This project is very forgiving since both top and bottom edges will be covered. Glue down with Easy Squeeze Glue Gun. While glue is drying, set cone aside and continue to work on embellishments.
2. Use Oval Squeeze Punch on white cardstock to create 2 ovals, one for kirby, one for amber. Use Shape Rub-ons with initials on center of oval. Handwrite name over initial. On Amber's, use pen to hand-dot around oval.
3. Trim a piece of Green Ribbon and a piece of Blue Ribbon to fit around bottom of cone. Also trim a piece of silver pipe cleaner in the same way.
4. Take Oval Name pieces and adhere to front center of cones, using Easy Squeeze Glue Gun. Add Blue Pins to Amber's placecard to help keep in place and Green Pins to Kirby's placecard.
5. On Kirby's placecard, add Flocked Stickers in Pink all around the edge of the oval. On Amber's placecard, add Flocked Stickers in Pink randomly on dots of the background Dot Paper.
6. Use Easy Squeeze Glue Gun to adhere Ribbon to the bottom of each cone.
7. Use Easy Squeeze Glue Gun to adhere silver pipecleaner pieces to each cone.
8. Use Easy Squeeze Glue Gun to adhere white pompoms to the top of each cone. |
