Sweet Wishes

Designer: Patti Milazzo

Add decorative detail to your cards and projects with Fiskars Hand Punches.  For my child’s birthday card I used the ¼” Circle Hand Punch on my cardstock scraps to create “sprinkles” for this cupcake card.  Then I glued the punches on using the Tool Taxi’s liquid glue feature.

Create 4”H x 5” wide card from white cardstock; trim sides at angle to create the “cupcake” base.

Trace cardshape onto back of pattern paper; cut out shape and adhere to card front.

Cut 4”H x 1”W strip of Large Heart (Blue Dot reverse) paper to create candle; back with cardstock and add flame using yellow cardstock.

Adhere candle at top of card (centered) – adjust so that candle will show above cupcake top.

Cut cupcake top from white cardstock (*see template) using the Ultra ShapeXpress tool with freehand attachment; ink edges and adhere bottom portion to top of card front.

Hand punch ¼” circles and adhere randomly to cupcake top as shown.

Print sentiment on white cardstock; trim; mat on red cardstock and adhere to card front as shown.
