I wanted to make this celebration simple but elegant. I used two Fiskars Border Punches to take some simple table decorations for a dinner party and made them just a bit more special without getting too cute or too crafty. These lovely details were so easy to add and made a beautiful table even more special.

Instructions
(Print version)
Placemats: 1. Create a border on the sides of a 12” X 12” piece of patterned paper using the Leave It To Weaver Border Punch. 2. Weave ribbon through the border.
Napkin Rings: 1. Cut a 4” piece of vellum from the Flower Kit. 2. Using the 1/8” Circle Hand Punch, punch a hole in the center. 3. Build a flower from the kit and attach to vellum by placing a brad through the flower and the hole. 4. Adhere ends in back.

Place Cards: 1. Cut patterned paper to 8” X 3 ½”. Fold in half. Cut a 3 ¼” slit in one side 1 ½” below the fold. 2. Using a coordinating paper, cut a 3 ½” circle. Add a decorative border to the circle using the Antique Elegance Circle Border Punch. 3. Place the clear stamp on the Compact Stamp Press and stamp in the center of the circle. Place the circle in the slit so that the upper two-thirds of the circle is visible. Adhere. 4. Cut a 3 ½” X 1 ½” strip of coordinating patterned paper. Add a decorative edge with the Corkscrew Paper Edger. 5. Create a border on the bottom of each side using the Leave It To Weaver Border Punch. Weave lace through the border, starting on the back side and weaving to the front. The lace will allow the card to stand up like a tent. Tie lace in back. 6. Write name on the lines and embellish with chipboard and stickers, using Adhesive Foam for dimension.

Glass Tags: 1. Cut an 8” piece of wire. 2. Add beads to cover approximately one-third of the wire. 3. Bend the ends of the wire to make little hooks. Wrap wire around the stem of the glass a few times and hook the ends together. Move the beads so that there are several empty spots between the beads. 4. Punch a small hole in the top of a Foil Rimmed Acetate Circle. Adhere a letter for a guest’s name and embellish with rub-ons. Place a jump ring through the hole and attach to the wire on the glass.

Candle Accents: 1. Cut a piece of patterned paper to go around the candle. Make it 2 ½” wide for a larger candle and 1 ½” wide for a smaller one. Add a decorative edge with the Corkscrew Paper Edger. 2. Using the 1/8” Circle Hand Punch, punch a hole in the center. 3. Build a flower from the kit and attach to paper strip by placing a brad through the flower and the hole. 4. Adhere ends in back.
