Thanks Card

Let someone know how much you appreciate them when you give them a handcrafted thank you card.

• Required supplies:
• No. 5 Micro-Tip Scissors
• Cardstock (Green, Blue and White)
• Patterned Paper (Purple Diamonds)
• Blue Chalk
• White Pigment Ink
• Adhesive
• Dimensional Adhesive

Instructions (Print version)

1. Emboss two circles into the blue cardstock with the ShapeBoss® Embossing System using the Circle Swirl Template.

2. Using the Circle Cutter, cut a circle around both the outside and inside of the embossed area.

3. Lightly brush white ink over the embossed detail to make it “pop.”

4. In white cardstock, emboss the word “thanks” with the ShapeBoss® Embossing System using the Whimsical Embossing Template. Brush blue chalk over the word. (Note: Use a chalk eraser or sandpaper to take off chalk if too much is applied.)

5. Cut a freehand shape around the edges of the word “thanks”.

6. Using the trimmer, cut a piece of green cardstock to 6.5 “x 10”. Fold in half to make card.

7. Using the trimmer, cut a piece of patterned paper to 2” x 6.5”. Slide the patterned paper through the two blue rings and adhere all three pieces to the card.

8. Attach the “thanks” greeting with dimensional adhesive.
