Instructions (Print version) 1. Spray Topiary Cone with white spray paint inside and out (in protected outside area). On last coat of paint, sprinkle with glitter. Tip: I used a combination of both regular and ultra fine crystal glitter. The ultra fine glitter coats and stays much better, but I like the texture of the chunkier glitter. 2. Cut flowers from stems on assorted green flowers using Stem Cutter. 3. Once Topiary is completely dry, fill with flowers being sure the top of each flower is facing out instead of where stem was cut.
Tip: To cut down on flowers needed to fill Topiary, stuff interior with tissue paper the same color as flowers as a filler. Once filled, close bottom of Topiary. 4. Create bow using 3-in-1 Fastener with red wired ribbon. Begin by placing one 24" strip of ribbon centered across notch in Die B of Fastener. Take another cut of ribbon and accordion-fold back and forth approximately 4" wide until you have three loops for each side and place centered into notch. Top with staple and fasten using Plunger #1. 5. Add Star Topiary Topper at top. 6. Cut a piece of wire using Wrap and Cut Pliers and twist on three silver jingle bells at center. Twist wire around center of bow with bells at front center. Use remainder of wire to connect bow to top of topiary to complete arran gement.
