Twirly Wire Earrings

  • Wire Jig
  • Wire Jig Plate 4
  • colored wire
  • glass beads
  • french wire hook [earring compnent]

Instructions (Print version)

1.  Place the 12-4 Wire Jig plate on the Wire Jig.
2.  Create a small loop with the wire, leaving approximately an inch or wire on the end.
3.  Hook the loop on the first peg of the Wire Jig.  Using the pattern as a guide  wrap the wire around the pegs.  At the bottom peg of the design, add a glass bead before proceeding with the design.
4.  To create an interesting design, continue wrapping the wire a few times around the pattern.
5.  After removing the wire from the Wire Jig, create a loop with the extra inch of wire and wrap the excess to secure with the Micro Tip Pliers.
6.  To prevent the wire layers from seperating, twist the pattern above the bead and just above the middle section.
7.  Repeat above for the second earring.
8.  Finish by adding the French Hook earring components.
